About Scot Mollot

Scot serves as a FP&A Practice Lead and CFO for our clients. With over 20 years of experience as a finance professional, he helps startup founders gain clarity on their numbers—so they can make confident decisions about cash, hiring, and growth. By translating financial data into clear insights on spend, runway, and financial health, he supports teams in hitting milestones that drive enterprise value and investor interest.

He has supported venture-backed startups from pre-seed through Series D alongside their founders. He built and scaled finance and accounting operations to support annual revenues exceeding $100M and hundreds of employees. In addition, he has partnered with leadership teams to raise more than $1B in venture capital and debt. Scot has extensive experience in M&A and post-merger integration. Prior to joining Attivo, he was the Head of Finance at Lime.

In his free time, when not traveling the globe, you can find Scot enjoying Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park in his backyard and strumming a tune on the ukulele.
