About Sally Lee
Sally serves as an Assistant Controller for our clients. She has 17 years of experience in accounting and has worked with clients across SaaS, Enterprise Software, Consumer Internet, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing sectors. Sally specializes in cap table management working with clients to ensure their documentation is complete, calculations are correct, their 409a valuation is current, and ultimately resolving any differences between expectations and reality.
