About Rhett Orr

Rhett Orr is an Accounting Manager who works with clients across CPG, e-commerce, and
other software companies. He brings a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for problem
solving, helping businesses uncover efficiencies and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Rhett
thrives in startup environments where everything evolves constantly. He enjoys wearing multiple
hats and helping build the financial infrastructure that supports growth.
His expertise lies in identifying operational bottlenecks and designing accounting solutions that
drive clarity and scale. Rhett’s most formative experience came during his time leading
accounting at a high-growth company, where he also took on responsibilities in HR, compliance,
and operations across multiple entities. This cross-functional exposure taught him to be highly
adaptable, proactive, and attuned to the needs of scaling businesses.
Outside of work, he enjoys life as a dad, playing sports with his son or spending weekends at
the lake.
