Ralph serves as a Senior Accountant for our clients. He has 5 years of experience in accounting and has worked with companies in the BioTech, SaaS, Crypto, and eCommerce sectors. He started his career in audit at Grant Thornton. That experience taught him the rigor of audit and the importance of paying attention to the details when building schedules, verifying balances and making sure everything ties. Ralph specializes in optimizing and automating reporting whenever possible to improve efficiency and eliminate manual errors. He has experience with SaaS revenue reporting, building trackers, and reading contracts to understand the timing of revenue recognition. He enjoys working with startups where he can build processes from scratch and can create meaningful financial reporting in an environment that is constantly changing.

Ralph’s hobbies include watching anime, playing video games, going to the gym, camping, hiking , and surfing.
