About Lydia Chen

Lydia serves as a Controller for our clients. She has 17 years of experience in consulting and has worked with over 40 clients in SaaS, manufacturing, marketplaces, and construction. She systematically addresses a wide variety of client needs including forecasting revenue projections to determine cash runway, analyzing sales tax compliance, finding the right solution for business insurance, setting up and consolidating international entities, managing 409A renewals, and supporting investor requests.

Lydia’s interests include traveling, karaoke, and spicy food.
