Kylee is a certified PMP and business operations professional with a passion for supporting early-stage companies and entrepreneurs. With a dual degree in Business Entrepreneurship and History, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and structure to every project.
Having built her own business from scratch, Kylee knows firsthand the challenges of growing something meaningful. She thrives in fast-paced environments where she can bring clarity, organization, and momentum to founders and teams navigating early growth.
Her strengths include project management, event planning, and operational support, always anchored by empathy, clear communication, and a strong drive to make things happen.
Outside of work, Kylee enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and their lively household of pets. She loves biking, hiking, camping, gardening, DIY projects, and visiting the zoo.
