Hanika Thakkar is an Accounting Manager with experience in media, entertainment, and
consumer goods. She thrives in fast-paced environments where accounting can bring structure,
clarity, and confidence to operational decision-making.

Hanika is passionate about working with startups, where she can help build financial systems
from the ground up and create scalable processes. Her expertise lies in technical accounting,
cross-functional collaboration, and clear client communication. She focuses on ensuring her
client relationships are grounded in trust, efficiency, and shared understanding.

In a previous role, Hanika built an entire accounting function from scratch. This included hiring
the team, setting up foundational workflows, and implementing systems that supported rapid
growth. That experience shaped her proactive, people-first approach.
