Dan brings extensive executive financial leadership experience in Fintech, financial services, and vertical SaaS. Dan has a proven track record in working with high-growth financial services, payments technology, and SaaS businesses with VC- and PE-investors. As a public and private company CFO, investor, and advisor, he has raised over $1.3 billion in equity and debt financing and played a key role in multiple successful exits, including five private company sales totaling $555 million. He has also led two NASDAQ IPOs.

With deep expertise in team building, financial infrastructure design, and strategic financial planning, Dan focuses on building exceptional finance and accounting teams that lead companies and add valuable insights and analysis to businesses. He also builds trusted relationships with CEOs and boards so the business can navigate increasingly complex financial landscapes. As the founder and CEO of FintechForce, he spearheaded a global financial advisory firm serving fintech companies. His extensive leadership experience spans VC-backed startups to established enterprises. Dan has been a 3X founder and CFO of several fintech companies, including payments, lending, crypto, insuretech, and SaaS. Dan also served in executive finance roles at Wells Fargo and Fifth Third Bank in payments and corporate planning.
