Jaime thrives on turning scattered data into clean, reliable packages. She enjoys reconciling accounts, identifying process gaps, and delivering insights that drive confident decisions. She has a natural ability to simplify accounting so clients feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

Before entering the accounting field, Jaime worked in law enforcement. This role taught her how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead with integrity.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons – hiking, biking, and making memories on the trail.
