About Megan Ward

Megan serves as an Accounting Manager for our clients. She has over six years of experience in accounting, working with private companies in various industries including manufacturing, renewable resources, and real estate. Megan is familiar with rapidly growing startups having been a part of a company that grew from 60 employees to over 200 in two years. She led the effort to build and maintain budgets across teams and provided variance analysis to department heads comparing budgets vs actuals. Megan also gained exposure to global operations, with 7 international subsidiaries, and assisted in establishing the second headquarters in Malaysia. Her experience in manufacturing taught her the importance of inventory controls and the impact of working capital on cash. She is also skilled in building reporting packages for lenders as well as being the point person for auditors. 

Megan’s hobbies include camping, traveling with family and friends, and catching up on Netflix.
