About Donald Pearce

Donald is an Accounting Manager for our clients. He has 12 years of accounting and finance experience across numerous sectors, including SaaS, BioTech, Telehealth, Manufacturing, and Retail. Donald believes that difficult and uncomfortable times are often our best teachers and that these experiences can serve as a catalyst for growth. He believes building strong relationships and empowering others to succeed are winning approaches to work. An experience Donald is particularly proud of is helping build finance and accounting systems from the ground up for a client that has experienced rapid, exponential growth. In every client relationship, Donald’s aim is to earn their trust.   

Donald is fueled by a curiosity for learning and enjoys exercising, hiking, and spending time relaxing at the beach.
