About Derek Lund-Richardville

Derek serves as Senior Accountant for our clients. He has more than 8 years of experience and has worked with companies in the SaaS, biotech, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors. His expertise lies in guiding businesses through the complexities of accounting and helping them understand the need for certain processes and systems. Derek enjoys working with startups due to the opportunity to actively participate in process development, rather than simply inheriting existing systems. Through this experience, he has learned the importance of aligning accounting practices with the strategic goals of a business. When partnering with new clients, Derek’s objective is to establish a GAAP-compliant foundation so his clients can pass audits with relative ease and set them up for the opportunity to raise capital.   

Derek’s hobbies include hiking, camping, biking and pretty much any activity in the mountains.
