Product/market fit, visionary leaders, and strong financial backing do not guarantee success.  As a company scales and with financial markets accelerating the path to a public listing through SPACs, financial leaders are facing a need to fast-track the maturity of their processes, technology, and people.  These rapidly changing environments can create tension requiring a new level of leadership.

The theme for our upcoming series is Leadership and we are engaging the Trium Group to coach our CFOs to reduce friction and improve execution in rapidly scaling companies, by clarifying strategy, building trust, and enabling the company’s culture to adapt. With an emphasis on achieving the right mindset, each session will introduce a framework and concept, include discussion and exercises, and provide tangible takeaways.
